COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Allen Gump is Executive Vice President of the industrial division for the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Colliers International. Allen’s experience spans all areas of the industrial real estate industry as well as the entire Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Allen Gump is a well recognized industrial expert for North Texas. Beginning his career in 1984, Allen has a solid, respectable reputation with both other real estate brokers and his clients as a straight-to-the-point dealmaker. Allen is recognized as one of an elite few by earning an SIOR designation in 1991, a title currently held by only 2,400 individuals across the United States, Canada and Mexico. This designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the real estate industry. His experience in handling leases, sales and build-to-suit projects has long been a reason so new brokers have looked to Allen as a mentor.
During his extensive career, Allen ran his own brokerage firm, The Gump Company (1992-1998), and successfully lead industrial divisions for both The Baldwin Company (1984-1992) and Fults/ONCOR, later bought by Kennedy Wilson (1998-2002) before joining Colliers International. While at these companies, Allen consistently received awards for production including the two highest awards at Fults/ONCOR in 2000, the Top Producer and Pinnacle Awards. In 1994, Allen was selected as a Stemmons Service Award finalist. Only one year after joining Colliers International, Allen received the Colliers International 2003 International Award of Excellence. This award signifies the top 50 brokers based on production volume within the organization.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Allen Gump joined Colliers International as Managing Director for the Dallas office in May of 2002. Prior to joining Colliers International, Allen was the Senior Managing Director for
Kennedy Wilson's Dallas office.

Mr. Vacar holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Marymount University, and Master's of Business Administration and Bachelor's of Science degrees from California State University, Northridge.

In the airport business industry, Mr. Vacar is active in airport organizations and works on various committees. He is on the World ACI (Airports Council International) Board of Directors; immediate past-chair of executive committee 2003 for ACI-NA (Airports Council International - North America); and member, ACI-NA Legal Committee Steering Group.
